Sarah was very prompt in responding and super helpful. The motorhome was very well kept and we did not have any issues except for some minor bumps. There were blankets and pillows for all of us which was great!
One tip would be to make sure to check the convertible bed sizes since the dining that coverts to bed is only 5feet and we only had 1 person that could fit that bed.
Apart from that, it was an extremely smooth ride and stay.
