The cleanliness, logistics, and overall experience was not pleasant. The hostess was curt, and lacked the customer service skills that I had hoped for. On a positive note, the RV was delivered to my preferred location and picked up the following day. Therefore, I gave this experience one star.

We had a great trip! Kids loved the bunk room, and the foam mattress in the queen bed was very comfortable! Thanks for everything!

The RV was perfect. Very clean and the host provided a few snacks and glowsticks for us. The host responded quickly to questions and was available to help. I would definitely book with them again! Keep in mind that you must bring your own bedding and towels but the beds were very comfortable. The RV was spacious and had cool LED lights.
