The camper was not at all clean when we received it. Floors were not swept, mold in the freezer, dirty dishes. The black tank wasn't even emptied. The bunkhouse doorknobs was removed so the door wouldn't close. One of the bunks is literally coming off of the wall; I wouldn't trust it to hold anybody. We didn't need that bunk though and after we cleaned it ourselves it was a nice stay and roomy. It traveled well. Pickup and return was easy and Jordan was very accommodating and communicative during the process.

I’m genuinely sorry to hear the camper wasn’t up to standard when you picked it up. That’s not the experience I want for anyone, and I take those concerns seriously. Since your rental, I’ve made improvements to my cleaning and turnover process to make sure everything is properly checked, cleaned, and ready to go before each trip. The bunk house has had a fresh renovation as well!
I also appreciate you noting that communication, pickup/return, and the overall stay went well once things were addressed—that means a lot. I’m glad the camper traveled well and that you still had a good trip overall.
