We had never used this site to rent a trailer. Originally tried booking through RV share, with 3 different owners, and we never did get a response back from ANY of them! Cassandra did get back to us, through Outdoorsy, in a timely manner. Communication about the trailer details was managed through her husband, and he was very helpful in covering the set up. Although, when we arrived at our destination, and began setting up the trailer, we felt the interior was not that clean. We had paid an additional cleaning fee so this was disappointing. Also the main, queen bed was horrible! The mattress was super uncomfortable. Overall the trailer met our needs for the weekend. Definitely better than sleeping in a tent. If we need to rent an RV in the future we will inquire more about these specifics.

Great to work with.... very helpful. Only drawback- and not reflected in rating.... is Outdoorsy dropped my reservation. The renters came thru and helped out- so Outdoorsy should have 1-star... but renters definately get 5.

The couple who rents this Trailer is very flexible and friendly. They explained the workings of the trailer and were very flexible picking up and dropping off the trailer. The trailer was very clean and well maintained.

Very nice people and the trailer was nice. The trailer is very light and tows great. Would definitely use it again.

Really good travel trailer, everything is working good and easy to pull.
Was great experience with owner, they provided a lot of staff. Very flexible on check in and check out time.

Only issue was fridge was not working correctly- but they let us know ahead of time and we just used coolers. Generator worked great. Very nice- and went through entire trailer to make sure we were ready for it. Great to use.
