Sean was easy to deal with. He told me less than 24 hrs from when the vehicle was to be delivered that it would not be delivered. Luckily I could pick it up on such short warning. The vehicle is showing some wear and tear. Windshield cracked, left side of vehicle had major scrapes showing, no hub cap on left rear wheel. Price seemed high considering the condition of the vehicle.

My family of 3 drove it out to Yellowstone and back to Michigan. Had great time using it. Its good on gas and easily Maneuverable .

Sean is an excellent communicator and very responsive. This was our first RV trip. He helped us to understand how to use everything. There were a few minor mechanical issues, but overall this rig is quite the machine. It easily motors up mountains. We put 2,150 miles on it in 7 days and had a great time staying with family, at campsites, and even in a Walmart parking lot. (Rookie tip: You are allowed to stay for free in any Walmart). We had a great time visiting customers in a "Covid Safe" way.

My booking got canceled a week before my trip without any warning or reason. I would neither recommend dealing with this owner or this company. While they refunded my money that didn't help with all the other bookings and planning I had done for this trip. With such limited time before my trip it'll be nearly impossible to make it come together. Not a good experience.

Sean was great to work with. This Mercedes 3400 chassis and the turbo diesel van we rented is the best highway driving vehicle I have driven. The vehicle had a few malfunctions but we didn't have any real problems. One easy fix I want to mention is the ceiling fan cover has a crack in it and rattled quite a lot. I almost got up on top to tape it but I didn't. We drove it to Texas and it was fun to drive.
