RV has everything. Especially beneficial is automatic leveling system. Makes set-up very easy. Power awning easy to use. Powerful engine. Stocked with all sorts of items: rug, chairs, firepit, videos, etc. If you bring all your own stuff, can ask host to empty storage compartments. Good check-in with demos of all features. If you are not familiar with RV operations, be sure to take notes. There is alot to cover.
