Our experience was great! Marcos was friendly, responded quickly to messages, and was very helpful throughout. The RV was perfect for what we needed, especially with the kick-out section that allowed for a bit of extra room for our small family.

The RV was clean. Marcos was accommodating and helpful. I think Outdoorsy customer service experience is difficult. The platform has extremely high fees and terrible Customer Service. But my experience with the seller was great.
