Jiefan made our trip to the Gorge incredibly memorable! The van was amazing throughout our entire stay. We received it clean, fully equipped, and ready to go, and we had no issues at all.

We got on the trip and the water pump didn’t work at all so we had no water the entire trip and had to reroute to certain areas. Jeff was really responsive with communicating on how to try to troubleshoot but just make sure it all works before you leave. Jeff gave a partial refund on the trip, besides that it has a lot of nice features and worked fine.

The good: Jiefan responding to inquiries in a timely manner. The van was immaculately clean and fairly well stocked. Pickup and delivery went smoothly.
The bad: The van was overdue for maintenance by 460 days and 3000 miles overdue for an oil change when we picked it up. The tailpipe strap had broken and had a makeshift repair using a thin wire which we discovered after that also broke. There was no pedestal table or counter extension despite what the diagram in the listing shows.
Overall, it was a good experience and both Jiefan and his wife were friendly and easygoing.

We had such a great trip visiting some of the national parks in Washington. Jiefan was super helpful and communicative before and during the trip. His van was extremely clean and had everything we needed. It even had a stove and some utensils. We had such a great time and would recommend Jiefan as a host.
