So accommodating and fantastic communication! Didn’t even hesitate to say yes when we asked for an extra day at the last second. The van was clean and ran great, completely made our entire trip to Maui. Pick up and drop off were about as easy as it gets, and it came with so many useful goodies like chairs, umbrellas, fins, and snorkels. 15\10 recommend!

Perfect travel around Maui! Very nice to use a VR. Easy to park and enjoy beautiful landscape.

Great way to explore Maui. Vehicle was clean and worked great. Couldn't figure out how to use the shower but fortunately there are showers at most public parks in Maui.

Well this vehicle and the owner ruined our trip to Maui. Basically never trust to the features. We got this RV under the assumption that it is an RV with AC. When we picked it up and hit the road we realized that there is no AC. I contacted the owner and asked about the AC. His response was this: "Yes the AC is not working. You are traveling with an RV. You are not living in a hotel!"
Then we realized that the water tank is only 6 gallons unlike the 40 gallons advertised.
We ended up having a flat tire. Again, I contacted the owner, he even did not bother letting me know that the RV has spare tires. He only laughed and said "oh you have to pay a lot for that." I ended up finding some locals to help me deal with the flat tire.
The whole experience was horrible and do not recommend this vehicle unless you want to put your trip at risk.

If you want to hit your head these cabinets will do the job. we must have hit our heads multiple times due to poor design. Rent for less often failed to respond to our concerns including a water leak under the sink and a leaky roof. A strove that won't stay lit as well. Bi use chest as sgiowb hub the preview video. Windows have no screens and obkty font windows open.

The vehicle was in extremely poor shape,. transmission barely worked, stove was hard to light and keep lit, toilet was horrendous, it leaked in the rain right into the bed, it did not have an ice chest and had no headroom and is poorly designed. until came unorganized and not very clean.

Great experience overall. A few issues with the back door and sliding door not closing or opening. Solid communication with host / host’s rep. Cleaning fees seem excessive but understandable as they probably just want to have people take care/keep up with the van.

Beautiful camper, very clean with cooler fridge and freezer.
Unfortunately, there is no in person review of the amenities or how to use them. The owners sent an apple icloud video that I could not review as I own an android. I got no response when I asked for another form of the links. They also did not respond when I picked up the vehicle and told them of the low tire pressure.
During the trip, I could not get the stove to work. Owners were quick to respond with instructions that second day. Apparently instructions were in the video links they sent, which I never got a reply with alternative links for my android. Make sure you watch the videos prior to venturing too far because many places away from the cities do not have good internet or phone service.
Also, many camping areas were closed due to COVID, and do not answer their phones regularly (sometimes taking days to return a call), so make sure you have a place to camp for the night in advance (which can also be hard as some places are assigned on a fist come basis). Olowalu was open and nice, and can be reserved.
