The host had to cancel four days before my trip. I called the customer service. The man was very helpful and very apologetic and he was not going to let that ruin my vacation so he hooked me up with a task force. That did nothing but stay on my case to find me something compatible or better for the same price for the same dates less than 24 hours I had confirmation of another unit which was nicer or newer, bigger or better and everything worked out great thank y’all so much for y’all support. Customer service is excellent. Don’t worry you won’t miss your trip.
