When we picked up the rv, everything looked good. Until we arrived on location and had Constant trouble trying to get the RV air conditioner going, it kept blowing a breaker, and the microwave was blowing a breaker (we were told by the owner the microwave worked). Nope. After several attempts to get the air conditioner working, we did as the owner suggested ( when they would answer any messages) by disconnecting all electricity, waiting 5 to 10 minutes and reconnect the electricity, Still the breaker would trip and no A/C. We even attempted to plug in a fan but NO OUTLETS WORKED. We had to run a extension cord from our house to plug in the RV air conditioner. All we asked for was at least 1/2 the cost to be reimbursed. When we returned the rv to the owner we pointed out several problems with the rv, things that we were not shown or were not obvious to us when we picked up the RV. For example the outdoor outlet by the front door had been melted and couldn't be used. It has been 6 days since we returned the rv, and spoke to customer service from Outdoorsy and spoke to the RV owner, neither have reached out to us what the final cost or refund if any would be. No I would not rent this RV again.

Camper was in excellent condition and the owner was very easy to work with. We are looking forward to renting this camper again.
