It is basically gutted with subfloor and aluminum paneling the windows are temporary and the doors locked with a screwdriver to open. Not exactly secure so keep valuables at your own risk. It is wired throughout and hooked to solar or can be plugged in. There is couch that folds out to bed and blow-up mattress and room for more. Sleeps as many as you can fit.
