Nicole was so friendly and easy to work with. We experienced prompt communication and support. She was very kind and understanding when we had an incident and she helped us through the whole process. Both Nicole and Outdoorsy staff have been fantastic.

It’s nice to rent a trailer and everything function! The trailer worked great, everything functioned, the trailer has everything we needed, including chairs and a hammock. The outdoor mat covers the entire span of the awning. The electric jack stabilizers made things easy. I towed with my 3/4 suburban with no issues. The outdoor kitchen and mini fridge is awesome. All the sewer hook ups were in good condition, all the necessary connections and clean up supplies. Maybe throw a few pots in under the sink for cooking...We had a great time and will be renting this one again.

Nice trailer, great owners. Nicole was very knowledgeable about the trailer and explained how everything worked. EasyFlexible pickup and delivery times which were a big deciding factor with me. I had looked at and messaged other owners about their trailers but Nicole was one of the few that called me. We had a great experience with the trailer and dealing with the owners and look forward to the next time.
