About Justin's RV rentals
We are a military, family owned, business located in Alaska. We love to travel especially in our new RV and we want to be able to share that RV experience with other families looking to do the same! Renting an RV is such a great way to view what Alaska has to offer.

We had a great time taking Justin's RV out for a few days in August. The vehicle ran smoothly and had more space than we needed for 2 adults and a toddler. Unfortunately, the house battery died on our trip so the appliances (including heater) would only work when the generator was running but Justin was understanding and accommodating. Pickup and dropoff were smooth and on time. I would consider using this vehicle again for future trips.

My family and I had a great experience renting from Justin. Justin was professional and courteous. I must admit, after reading the horrible review before my rental time with Justin had me a bit worried. However, luckily I went through with it because We had such a great time and the RV performed well. Justin also was kind enough to five me a ride back to the hotel verses me catching a cab. Bottom line( we had a great Alaskan experience and the RV was a large part of making that happen. Thank you Justin for your service to our country and for providing my family an opportunity to ride the Alaskan roads.

When we picked up motor coach at our arrival Justin had to explain that previous renters had caused some serious damage to rv inside and out. This was a surprise to us upon arrival.. Justin tried to make RV presentable for our rental as he didn't have a lot of turn around time until we arrived,he had to repaint inside from damage, unable to use microwave due to damage , we advised Justin unsure about stove usage so cooked on grill at rv facility we stayed at. Rig had few other issues but we didn't let it effect our travels. Justin was very apologetic in regards to damages done by last renters. Justin was good communicating with us when we were in phone service when we updated him about additional damages done from other renters. speedy turn around on our security deposit. Rates not adjusted to accommodate damages from previous renters. All in all we still had a good vacation and would recommend Justin for anyone's future travels. Justin really did do everything he could to make our rental experience a good one. Thank you Justin, will contact again next time in Alaska.
