We booked this RV in good faith that everything was fully functional as it was listed, and no defects were disclosed at the time of booking. Unfortunately, our RV trip was ruined due to Yamin not disclosing that there was a toilet leak, and not mentioning that there would be an awful smell after “using” the toilet.
It did not smell at the time of pick up, but as soon as we used it and drove the RV, the odour was so strong that we could not use the bathroom/shower properly. We are campers and sailors so we know that an RV is not like a “hotel”, however there is clearly some underlying issues that need to be resolved here.
Furthermore, Yamin has not been helpful with this issue and has since tried to extend “extras” charges to us which were not disclosed or agreed upon.
Yamin explained the RV well when we arrived and even walked us through the things that weren’t not operating properly such as:
1. The toilet had a “minor leak” photos of his own towels attached for evidence.
2. The key doesn’t go in the ignition properly, you had to fiddle with it for some time to start the car.
3. The RV entrance door did not open and close very well and took some force to open and close which was difficult to operate for my wife.
4. Floors were not sanitary at all, they appeared clean at pick up but we took our shoes off and our white socks/feet had become black underneath. Please check all sanitary things carefully upon pickup
5. This one was not disclosed at all but there was a fair bit of steering wheel movement (sway arms) which can make it quite dangerous to drive on the freeway especially if there’s high winds.

Host is detail oriented and spent 40 minutes doing an intro and walk around. I have never driven an RV and the host made it simple. On the trip I had a few questions and host was helpful and explained everything. This RV is easy to drive and the folks at any RV spot will help you park. I would rent this RV again.

I could not have had a better experience with Yamin. He was extremely helpful. This was a very last Minute trip for my son‘s 21st birthday that almost didn’t happen if we couldn’t find an RV the RV was in perfect condition very comfortable for our group very clean. I could not ask for a better experience.

It was a great trip with a great camper. This camper is great. Everything you need is there. Yamin is also a perfect host, he explains everything well, if there are questions during the trip he answers them really fast as well! We had a great trip!

Amazing trip with this RV! Yamin and Mason were very communicative and responsive to our needs and the camper was very clean. We had everything we needed and we made memories of a lifetime from Joshua Tree! Would highly recommend.

I had a great trip. Mason was very responsive before the trip to answer any questions I had. On the day I picked up the RV, he gave me a walk through to make sure I know how to operate the RV. It was clean and ready to go. The RV drove great and my wife and kids had a blast at Joshua Trees. I would definitely rent from Mason again.
