I'mI'm not really sure what happened, but there were things I identified during the drop off of the vehicle,, That we're not mentioned or known by the person dropping off the vehicle. The awning did not work the entire trip, and it rained consistently the first four days. There was also a problem with the cleanliness of the remotes and television systems for the two TVs. I do want to mention that the vehicle ran extremely well and was clean. We had a great experience, even with the issues with the RV!

The pickup and drop-off were a breeze, the owners are pretty flexible as long as you talk to them about it.

When we went to pick up the RV, the host went over EVERYTHING in how to operate and where everything was located. There was also a short, very well written book to remind us if we forgot.

Fantastic experience from start to finish. The RV slept 7 of us easily and could have fit one more if we wanted. The host was extremely communicative and accommodating. I would highly recommend this to anyone looking to rent an RV.

We took this unit to Meramec State Park, Sullivan, MO, for a family reunion and Float Trip. The unit performed just as the host said it would. We had a wonderful trip.
