Camper was set up and ready to go upon our arrival: leveled, mat & awning out, full of fresh water and empty black/grey water tanks. Camper is very nice and clean. Great experience and highly recommended. Will rent from again when in the area!

We provided the low rating because we were notified 2 days before the trip that the air conditioning did not work. There were a couple really warm nights in there. Also 2 days in the camper smelled really bad and we learned the toilet was not sealing. So we used a lot of fans and kept the windows open.
