Jason was extremely helpful during the reservation. The jeep/rooftop tent was fantastic! This rooftop tent is top of the line with tons of space. The camping gear was plentiful and very useful. I’m already looking forward to booking this one again!

Overall, great experience! Pickup and dropoff of the vehicle was convenient and was discussed through Outdoorsy chat. Communication, in general was pretty good - only had one small communication issue a few days prior to my trip that got ended up getting resolved. Hosts also left us a little goodie bag at the beginning of the trip which was really sweet.The rooftop tent initially took unexpectedly much longer to set up than we had anticipated. I think that was just given how unfamiliar we were with this particular tent (host did send a video tutorial for how to set up but our service at our campground was really spotty so it was difficult to watch the full video). We got the hang of it after setting up and putting it away a couple more times though! I would note though that it's much easier to set up with 2 people versus 1 person.

Jason and his team (Dan and Isaiah) were excellent, they are kind, swift and attentive. The vehicle was in excellent condition as well as the accessories and the adds on. It was a great surprise how methodical and well established their pick up/drop off system is, making it a very efficient process.
The tent is very spacious and well maintained, the propane tank was filled as well as the car tank.
We will recommend them and book with them again

We enjoyed Jason’s RV for the two weeks we spent in the Pacific Northwest. There were a few items that needed attention on the RV, but Jason was well aware of them and either had to fix on the way or was responsive to help me get around the issue. We especially enjoyed the outdoor grill and the bunkbeds.

Jason was so awesome, gave great recommendations, and supplied us with everything with needed for our off the grid trip around the Olympic Peninsula! If we are in the area again we will certainly make sure we rent from Jason!

Jason was super professional and helpful throughout our trip! The jeep itself was absolutely perfect with the tent and he was very helpful in teaching us how to set up and break down. Will definitely be renting again for our next trip to Washington!
