I showed up 1/2 hour early to pick up the rental. No one showed up at the time that was set up. Over the next hour and a half I sent multiple tests to the contact and made multiple calls to the support number. I received to replies to the texts and no one picked up at the support number. I had to incur the cost of transportation and flights as a result. Will not use again.
