We were grateful that Tracy was able to provide the trailer after our original booking was canceled due to water damage. Communication throughout the rental was good, and she was very responsive and quick to reply.

Pick-up and drop off were easy. The unit itself was nice and clean. Would have been higher rated except for the battery wasn't working - which wasn't great because we need the power to run the furnace (was at a site without power), so we froze overnight. I'm sure that will be fixed for the next renter.
