The camper was filthy inside. Not even wiped of dirt much less sanitary. The bathroom, sinks, shower tub, counters, floors, and soft surfaces (seats, ledges, bed, bedding, etc. Additionally, the storage areas were all filled with the owners stuff/junk. Even the outdoor storage areas were stuffed and disorganized and dirty. We (self & sister) had no place to put our food, supplies, clothing, etc. We LOST a full day of camping enjoyment and getting together w friends at the lake just cleaning what we could (or were willing to) and reorganizing one of the cabinets so that we could get our food/supplies in that cabinet. Our clothes had to be store in our bags on the seating area, and that meant we had to share the bed. We still had at least 4 other bags of supplies that had to be stored under the table because there was no place else. This camper was a hazard for my sister who has difficulty getting around. Also, the hand rail to descend the steps is not steady/secure enough. The grey water tank smells awful (rotten eggs) and got much worse (friend commented about it while standing outside at the door). Finally, owner offered wifi separately and asked me to Venmo $50 to him to access.
