Had a few issues, hot water not operable and A/C working until solar ran out. Melinda was very good at communicating and did all she could, remotely, to fix the issues. RAMona would be an excellent pick with the above issues resolved.

Mel was a wonderful host and we thoroughly enjoyed renting her van. She answered all our questions and was great to work with! We would definitely rent from her again!

Ramona was a great ride for our short, but intense trip! We drove up and down the Lakeshore with brief stops in small towns to get some trail running in over 36 hours. Plenty of space for our running gear, multiple changes of clothes, lots of snacks, and several pairs of running shoes. Also, thankful for the flexibility of the owner to accommodate a few extra people.
