From the very start of the booking and during all my requests for information about places, campgrounds and the RV, Maisam was superb..He was responsible, provided many useful insights and helped us plan an amazing trip to the Rockies. It's always a bit of a concern renting a van from a stranger through a third party site, but Maisam is a great guy with a lovely family and was 100% trustworthy and helpful at every stage.The RV itself was exactly as described and perfect for the trip we were doing - 5 days from Kelowna to Jasper and back. It's in very good mechanical condition and the interior is excellent- with everything you'd need for a trip away. He was also kind enough to help with linen and a couple of other items too. Overall, Maisam and his RV were incredible for our trip and I'd recommend them to anyone who wanted a few days in Lake Country or the Rockies.
