We are experienced owners and sold our toy hauler last year. This was the first time renting and Julie was exceptional to work with! We are very particular and picky so it was nice to have a host that was like us, not a speck of dirt in the camper.

We found drugs in our camper during our trip. Also, the host charged us and took our security deposit for pet damage even though we had no pets in the camper at any time (they had four dogs). Overall, if I can’t trust you to not to try and scam my security deposit and leave drugs in the camper, why rent with these people. If they pulled this on us, what will they do to you? Try someone else

I am sorry you did not have a good experience when renting my camper. Finding this substance on the camper is unacceptable. It was investigated immediately and addressed, and I have made changes to ensure it never happens again. I tried to make it right by issuing a $100 refund for the inconvenience it had caused. The $60 fee for what was found after your trip was waived, and you should have received your security deposit back. I can check into this further. My hope is that everyone who rents my camper has a good experience. I wish your experience had been better. Please know that changes have been made and that you do not judge me based on what another person did. Please let me know if there is anything else I can do. And know how sorry I am that this happened.
