It’s a great motor home. Tim was very responsive. Very spacious and comfortable. We weren’t able to get the microwave and tv’s(movies) to work. Not sure if it was us not understanding what he was telling us to do or an issue with the motorhome. It was frustrating, but all in all it was a good rental. It’s a fairly rough ride at 65+ mph compared to a truck, but you get used to it.

Myself and 3 friends rented this RV for a 15 day trip to Yellowstone in July 2021.I have waited for over a month to write a review because I truly believe the owners of this RV have good intentions and I did not want to be unfair. Our 15 day trip ended on day 9 . This RV presents well as you can see in the pictures. It also looks fine in person. To put it simple this RV is 14 plus years old . It is like driving a moving washing machine.
Several interior parts such a trim , molding , sliding doors just fell off as we drove down the road . Being an older RV we spent quite a bit of time resetting breakers and troubleshooting problems. We were stranded for several days dealing with the slides . A bus fuse under the stairs tripped and when we went to reset it we found that it was broken. Mostly likely hit by a rock because this area is not protected from road debris. When you are traveling in rural Montana and Idaho road side assistance is basically nonexistent. We spent several days fixing and dealing with this reoccurring issue. Also the automatic levels stopped working on day 3. This is not an RV for someone who has no past experience. I spent a very long time working with Outdoorsy operators trying to get assistance. The Outdoorsy employees where absolutely as helpful as they could be.
I utilized the Outdoorsy messenger to converse with the owner of the RV and at the conclusion of our trip I was glad that I did.
Ultimately our trip ended on day 9 at the North Gate of Yellowstone. The replacement fuse we eventually located blew.
It was not the same fuse that originally tripped but it was all we could find in these rural areas. Frustrated and tired of dealing with RV issues we ended our trip. Both Outdoorsy and the owner of the RV were in agreement. Outdoorsy returned the unused portion of our trip and an additional $300 after I filed a dispute. Outdoorsy was fair and easy to work with as a neutral party should be. During our trip we damaged the RVs awning.
I submitted a claim through the Outdoorsy insurance department and the owner was given a new awning. This process was also easy and fair. I have learned much about renting RVs and I will use that knowledge in the future.
Make sure you document everything and take pictures!!

Great coach for the family vacation. It's like traveling in your living room. Family enjoyed the experience. Had a couple hiccups and Tim was right there with guidance and we were back on track.

This is an excellent motorhome and has been very well taken care of! Tim had easy to follow instructions for all the systems and the as great to work with! The bunk beds were a hit with the kids too. Would rent again!

It was perfect for our trip. Everything worked, and the communication with Tim was A+! The only suggestion I’d have would be to fix the suspension. It’s an older RV, and you feel it on the drive. Other than that we were very happy with this experience.

Tim and his Brother Cole were great. The rental/pickup and drop off were so simple I thought I was missing something. The RV was fully set up with everything we needed. Brought our own clothes and food and it had everything else. Thanks for the rental and great opportunity to make easy memories

This was our first ever RV experience, and we had an amazing time up in the mountains of Idaho. Great communication with questions I had along the way. Some quirky things, but that added to the charm and actually lowered our stress level about having everything perfect! So many extras included - outdoor griddle, 10x10 canopy, 12 man tent - everything we needed for an amazing trip!!

Had an absolutely fantastic time with my family for a long weekend getaway in this rv. Tim was great to deal with and prompt in replying to any questions we had when making the booking. Will look forward to booking this event again in the future.

From start to finish everything was great! The owner Tim wasn’t able to be there when we picked up but his brother, Cole met us and explained everything very well through the walk through and even took some time for a short driving lesson. He was super nice and chill. It’s a mammoth of an RV but shockingly easy to drive if you are careful.
There is plenty of space when extended and the beds were all comfy. The bunk beds are definitely for kids or teenagers, I’d not put a large adult in there. We didn’t use the kitchen because we were at a family reunion and ate our meals together but we were grateful for the dish ware/utensils as we made sandwiches & snacks. The air conditioner rocks although the fan is noisy. We were in the desert and could care less it was noisy. The shower is small but the bathroom is quite clean. Remember everything has it’s quarks but the RV is pretty great overall and worth every penny!

This is a great Class A coach that is well maintained and cared for. It rides and handles on the road very well.
Tim, the owner is a great guy who is fair and honest, I'd do business with him anytime, anywhere.
Tim helped us above and beyond the call of duty. Thank you for making our little trip a great time We'll call on him again. :-)

Tim was very easy to work with, and answered emails quickly every time. He had it delivered and picked 100 miles away, and at a time we requested, and the deliverer was knowledgeable and friendly. It was very large and we used it primarily for accommodation and staging at a remote wedding, so we had no opportunity to drive it long distances. It came with some miscellaneous camping and recreational gear, which would be nice for other renters.

Honestly I never leave reviews but this was a horrible experience. It started great as tim allowed us to meet early to pick up, but it soon all went down hill from there. This motor home is just a box with wheels and beds. Nothing works properly. the generator is severally undersized as time will explain to you as your stuck in the middle of no where. you can not run both a/c units, in fact you cant run one a/c unit and anything else in the motor home as there is not enough power. Tim did not fill the tanks with propane and left us with no use of the oven or stove. hot water heater also did not work most likely due to the no propane issue possible the poor generator issue.
