Chris sent us a great video which introduced us to the van and its systems. Chris was super quick to answer our questions. Our first night we were cold due to my “boomer brain syndrome “. After a YouTube video we got the heat going and became happy campers! When we returned the van, Chris pointedly asked us how he could have explained the heater better.

Gertie was perfect for my five day trip! Comfortable bed, lots of storage space, kitchen, bathroom, lots of lights, modern control panel setup, it had everything I needed. Easy and fun to drive. Would definitely rent again!
