RV was great
Erica is an over-the-top caring host. Helped out with airport transfer and was extremely responsive to the inevitable RV questions that come up during the Trip.

Our experience with Erica and her van was absolutely perfect. She thought of everything in how to have a seamless camping experience. The van was comfy, clean, and convenient. When we had questions throughout the trip, Erica responded so quickly. Thank you, Erica for helping our little family make memories that will last a lifetime. Your van is so awesome!!

We rented Erica's van for a few days and had a great time exploring state parks. Erica is very responsive, accommodating, and gracious host and we wouldn't hesitate recommending or renting again for our next adventure.

We were lied to by the owner about costs. As a result, my 80-year old Mom was charged over $450 than the price we had agreed on. Erica stopped communicating when the discrepancy was pointed out. Even Outdoorsy, after examining our communication thread, noted that she had deceived us.

Hi Stephen,I apologize if there was any miscommunication in regard to the insurance coverage. After discussing this matter with Outdoorsy, they informed me that you accepted the insurance coverage when booking the van. Insurance coverage is required in order to rent any vehicle and Outdoorsy does not allow private insurance binders. As an owner, I do not receive any compensation for the $450 fee that was charged for insurance.

Owner was responsive to communications and extremely helpful. The van exceeding expectations at every turn. One adult and two kids comfortably slept in it for 7 nights. We can't wait for our next adventure in the camper van!

As a couple we had very good communication with Erica about questions regarding the Vanscape, pick-up and drop-off. The vehicle was clean and drove well. We used the unit at a campground and were able to plug in, but it was a nice option to have power available via solar if that wasn't available. We did use the cooler for food and it worked well. We also used the butane heater since it was below freezing the nights we were out, and the van kept the heat in. As we are both of the shorter and average size, we were ok using this. However, if a person is above about 5'5", they will need to lay diagonal across the bed. I'm 5'2" and did have difficulty climbing in and out of the vehicle and into the bed area, but did manage. We evaluated the side bed for future use, and determined it wouldn't work for us, as when it's folded out, a person couldn't hop down from the main bed onto the floor - and it's not reinforced to hold much weight. Overall, it met our needs for a night away out of town at a campground for a getaway though.

RV was as advertised, RV drove well for our 2,500 mile trip. Batteries and solar made the RV perfect for dry camping or Boon-docking. Only complaint was the RV had limited seating. Passenger seat was on a swivel which was great, but the second row seating was not functional for anything other than transporting 3-4 people.
