We are retired and enjoy our home in WNC with our honeybees, chickens and garden but like to get away several times a year to visit state and national parks. Sunshine, our flatcoat retriever, tolerates camping but she loves meeting new people and even made friends with the bison and elk at Yellowstone.

The host was very easy to interact with, whenever we had questions he was quick with a response. We would highly recommend Darrell and his RV! Setting up was super simple, and there were a bunch of extras like outdoor rugs, chairs, and easy to use leveling blocks.

We had a wonderful trip in the RV. Definitely would recommend renting from Darrell. He was responsive and assisted us with the minor issues that we ran into. The beds are super comfortable, and the RV handles really well given its size. We wouldn't hesitate to rent from him again in the future.

We had a very good experience, and I recommend both the vehicle and the host. The RV was very easy to drive, with an engine powerful enough to deal with the hills near us and hum along with no downshifting on the overpasses that are about the only hills in Florida. With the spike in gas prices, we were paying roughly $.50/mile, but that's the cost of taking your home with you. We appreciated the rather generous 150 mile/day allowance. The inside is well laid out and comfortable, though I recommend bringing along mattress toppers, which we always do. Our only complaint was that the TV wasn't hooked up to the cable connection, though I believe Darrell will take care of that. He has a handy hookup for plugging in a phone, though it turns out that some download services recognize a new device when you plug in to the TV and refuse to show the movie--something I'll look into further before relying on downloads.

Darrell and his RV were awesome. Darrell was responsive, friendly, helpful and his RV was is great condition and had everything we needed for our first trip to the Smoky Mountains. Darrell provided a thorough orientation to the RV. The RV itself was clean and stocked with all of the necessities. Darrell accommodated our pick up and drop off times and was overall just a pleasure to work with. We can't wait for our next adventure!

Darrell was a wonderful host and his RV was just as advertised. He was quick to respond to messages and provided helpful packing tips prior to the trip. The RV had everything we needed for a 7 day excursion to both state parks as well as off grid campsites. Thank you, Darrell, for sharing your RV!
