Dan was great to work with. The unit was clean, functional and equipped with towels, linens and cooking/eating utensils. We brought our own kettle to boil was since we did not have hookups to use the provided Keurig. The unit was easy to drive and park. We had a question on our trip and Dan responded quickly. We would rent from him again! Thanks again Dan!

Daniel was easy to communicate with and they offer a lot of their own belongings to use. I didn't need them, but it's nice to know there are chairs, rugs etc. The van was easy to drive, I thought there was a backup camera, there wasn't, but the mirrors are so big you can easily see what's going on and you can see out the back window. The dual twin bed, was a bit of a chore so I only used it one night and then slept on the twin bed alone, which was plenty for me. Loved having a toilet! The cap on the black tank is in a tough position to get to and I had to have help with my fellow campers since I hadn't used a black tank before. Now I feel I could do it myself on a different rig that is set up differently. Plenty of solar power and the AC worked great. You may want to bring your own music on an usb drive as the radio isn't satellite.
Overall it was a great trip and I wasn't ready to come home.

We rented the Carado Banff for a short local getaway and to try out this floor plan to see if we liked the twin bed, rear bath layout (which we did, very roomy). When we picked up the RV, Daniel provided us with a run through of the main features and systems for the Banff and was very accommodating in answering our questions. The Banff was well equipped and provided with nice bedding. Like other 20 ft Class B vans, we found the Banff comfortable and easy to drive with the added benefit of fitting in a normal parking space. Overall, the rental went very smooth and we would definitely rent from Daniel again in the future.
