Started off great. Didn’t stay that way for long. My instincts told me to take pics of everything when we got there but I didn’t.
They said they cleaned and sanitized it but that was not the case. The floors were sticky, and white liquid had dried and was crusty. Cabinets were held together with tape.and random screws. The seats, all the seats, were all beyond trashed and poorly maintained. Talking giant slashes and worn out holes cover by dirty furniture covers. Everything was scratched from the outside the inside.
The levelers do not work, which is NoT listed or disclosed. We had a flat tire 5 miles after receiving the RV from the owner., had to refill the tire all weekend.
The owner then made false claim amd reports. I would not rent from them again.
Definitely over priced for what you get and not at all what is shown or advertised.

The Motorhome was cleaned by the same 2 girl-team that cleans my house and office, and I was there during most of the time, so I know it was turned over to the renter clean and sanitized.
The floor wax may have been a bit tacky, so I apologize for this. We have changed this product, so thank you for the heads up that this was an issue.
One cabinet did have tape on it from the previous renter and has been repaired and tape removed once fixtures were available.
The driver and passenger seats are peeling, but no holes or slashes, and covers are brand new (receipt attached).
The Motorhome only has 20,000 miles and is in excellent condition.

Curtis is a terrific guy - very responsive, patient, and transparent throughout the entire process. Thanks for letting us use your RV and creating magical memories for our family. We had a blast.

First time in an RV and there will be many more. Curtis answered all my questions and made the process easy. We'll do this again.
