Jolene was accommodating, responsive, and easy to work with. This was my first experience towing a travel trailer (or anything at all) with my vehicle. Jolene provided a hitch with sway bars and all the instructions I needed to make it a smooth, enjoyable experience. My family enjoyed glamping in the Winnebago on our trip to Banff and Jasper. The trailer came as advertised...new and perfectly clean. I wouldn't hesitate to rent Jolene's trailer again when my next adventure idea merits it. I gave 4 stars on mechanical because we couldn't get the oven to turn on, but it could very well have been operator error and we didn't reach out to ask if we we're doing something wrong. Otherwise, it was all 5 stars and everything worked perfectly well. It was an unforgettable, awesome trip.

Fabulous, Friendly, Kind and ON TIME! Actually, they were so flexible and easy to deal with. Thank you so much for everything. We really appreciated the use of your trailer. It was absolutely perfect.
