RV was in good shape but the generator was not working. They tried to fix before we left but it were not able to. All of the sites we visited had hookups so it was not a big deal.

The trailer was delivered and picked up right on schedule, and everything was in excellent working condition. Bri was very responsive whenever I reached out, and overall, we had a fantastic experience!

Very great experience first time ever in an RV.

Bri is very good to rent from and the Jayco 184BS was a great small travel trailer. It's easy enough for a small truck to tow but with the slide-out table area that seats 4, it has more functional space than any other similarly sized trailer I've ever rented. The condition of the trailer was good. It has a few minor issues, but nothing of consequence. Bri was very prompt in communicating and flexible as our plans evolved (we came back earlier in the day than planned due to an impending storm).
