We had an amazing experience renting from Samara and RouteCruiser! The RV was very clean, well organized, and exactly as described. At pickup, Samara took the time to walk us through everything and made sure we felt comfortable before starting the trip.She was very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, which made the experience stress-free. We also really appreciated the thoughtful gift she left for us on the fridge—it was such a kind touch and made us feel very welcomed.The RV was easy to use and everything worked perfectly during our trip. The instructions and checklist she provided made packing up and returning the RV simple and smooth.Overall, this was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely rent from her again.
