About Jason's RV rentals
We are a family of five that enjoys offloading trips to the desert in our RV. We also take it to the beach over the summer and occasionally other campgrounds. We have been renting our family RV for the last 3 years and truly enjoy sharing it with other families. Thanks for your interest and hopefully we can accommodate a trip of yours soon.

STAY AWAY !!
The breaks failed while going 70 mph on the highway.
My entire family could of been killed. It’s a miracle we did not smash into something.
16 hours later the tow truck arrived. It took another three days to finally book something else so we weren’t stranded anymore, because the owner refused to cancel the rest of our booking. We were 2 Days in to a 12 daytrip.
The owner preferred we go out of pocket to rent another RV, rather than canceling his.
Two weeks later, my security deposit is still not refunded because he submitted a claim to try and get us to pay for his brakes.
This nightmare will not end, it just keeps going.

We contacted the owner and outdoorsy right away, it still took 16 hours before we could get this towed. And another 3 days before I could rent another RV so my family wasn’t stranded anymore.
This was 2 days into a 12 day trip and the owner refused to cancel the rest of our booking to allow Outdoorsy to refund us, so instead he would rather us come out of pocket to rent another vehicle.
On top of that he submitted a claim that somehow his brakes failing was our fault so my deposit is still not refunded 2 weeks after this rig broke down on us.
I’ve never heard of anything like this, STAY AWAY from this rental. Horrific experience and it’s still not over.

The owner was very nice and informative until we had to call him and let him know that we were having problems with the generator it kept turning off he tried to blame us but then, later remembered that he had put the refrigerator on the generator instead of on "gas" ( he never apologized for that)
So then we could not get the air to cool off the rig and that's the whole reason we got it to give a place gor my disabled daughter to sit when she needed, cause we were parked at a wedding that was on several acres,with no place to retreat for her.
We stayed at really nice Hyatt hotels at night and we didn't even need the RV except for daytime.
So when we explained to him and sent him pictures of the temperature in the 90's inside the RV!!!
He again blamed US!! He said WE must be doing something wrong. We went down the very short ck list of 2 settings on the air and he said" it worked in the a.m. not sure why not now"? Well it was 72 degrees in the a.m. outside ,not 85.
It was actually HOTTER in the RV then outside for the whole time Fri and Sat (because of the sun lights)
We asked him for a partial credit and all he kept saying was that he gave me a choice to cancel the first night.I explained several times to him that I could not get another one that short notice and he had my 1500 deposit AND 900 for rental that wouldn't get back to me for days.
He also said "sorry I don't have RV toilet paper I usually have a couple rolls in here"
So we had to put toilet paper in a plastic bag next to the toilet like a 3rd world country🙄
We barely used the toilet and we cleaned everything and took pics( thank goodness)cause later he tried to say we left a crayon and piece of paper and a draino bottle on the counter (all lies )I have pics of it pristine.
He then claimed to the toilet was clogged and asked if we put draino in it???
I told him no I didn't buy or use any deaino .His story then changed to he found it under the sink in the kitchen (we also NEVER used the kitchen AT ALL!! (as we were eating a awesome huge buffet brunch at the GRAND Hyatt (not in his sweaty nasty RV)
If u decide to rent I suggest you take pics,be cautious and realize he is a penny pinching, dishonest person. Rent at your own risk!!You've been warned!
Also he didn't let me answer on his site..blocked comments?

Jason was great. He was responsive, he knew his RV very well, he was flexible and was bery efficient. I forgot items after returning the RV and he kindly held them securely for me I appreciated his generosity.

1) The owner was fine. He provided a thorough walk-through and demonstration. 2) Unfortunately, the unit was in the shop and not available for us when we originally booked our trip. He notified us the day before our scheduled pick-up. We rescheduled for 1 week later. Owner should not have offered the unit as available on your website if it was not actually available. 3) The insurance fee that Outdoorsy applies is not a competitive amount. The insurance charge was excessive and we could have gotten a policy thru our own insurance that was much more reasonable.

I have used and rented RVs on many occasions, but I have to say that the experience with Jason Wofford ranks at the top of the list. He was very communicative and took a great deal of interest in making sure our trip was both successful and enjoyable.

My wife and I had many small questions for Jason almost everyday (we were new to renting a large RV) and Jason answered all of them very promptly! His RV was great! The living space is huge with an almost 360 view with all the slides out. Windows everywhere in this RV. It was clean and comfortable and easy to drive. We’ll be renting from him again!😎

I was new to Outdoorsy and relies heavily on reviews. Was not disappointed. Jason was very responsive and communicative from booking throughout the trip. He takes a lot of pride in his RV and it shows. Everything worked perfectly. Would certainly rent again.

Thank you, Jason, for allowing us to take your Motor Home to 11 different states where we saw beautiful country and many relatives. The Motor Home ran like a dream and was perfect for our needs. Four adults had no problem getting around in it and we all fit comfortably at the table. The beds were great too. Jason supplies top quality sleeping and cooking equipment. I would highly recommend this RV to anyone for a short or long trip.

This rig is amazing! Jason made sure every detail was explained to us and best of all there wasn’t much we had to bring because it came fully stocked with supplies! It was perfect for our event! Thank you Jason!

Jason is incredibly conscientious, organized and thorough, which was super helpful and reassuring to me. You instantly know that he's a wealth of information and takes pride in being accurate, fair and practical. The RV was nicer than I expected (was stocked with lots of extras) and Jason took the time to make sure I was completely up to speed and prepared to enjoy my trip. Jason communicated quickly to answer any of my questions. He was flexible on pick up and return times. It's clear that Jason takes a lot of pride in his RV, and in making sure that those that rent the RV love the experience as much as he does. I will rent from Jason again.
