Steven and Diana definitely went the extra mile in providing me with an excellent rental experience in Feb. 2024..
They were extremely welcoming and accommodating at all tmes.
From the time I started the rental process to the day I returned the motorhome, and some days in between, they were readily available and excellent to communicate with. They helped troubleshoot and remedy a few minor issues while I was on the road.
The vehicle was well maintained and easy to drive and maneuver over the areas I visited. I appreciated the well supplied kitchen, bathroom towels, bed linens and the lawn chairs. I would suggest adding only a few minor things; the missing panel on the screen door, a glass or metal coffee mug, a slightly larger pliers and larger crescent wrench and a fly swatter.
As a result of their overall thoroughness and attention, my dog and I had a very enjoyable month-long holiday touring California and Arizona.

Steve was very helpful, he explained everything to us we didn't know about RVs (lots of things). The living area is very cosy. They answered all calls and messages. I do recommend renting an RV from Steve and Diana.

Steven and Diana are wonderful hosts. The RV had everything we could possibly need. It was easy to drive and operate. They were always available if we had any questions. Very nice people and super comfortable RV. Highly recommend!

As always, we just love taking this rig out!The rig is easy to drive, travels uphills with ease; small enough to get into all parks yet large enough to be family friendly. The windows from the bed in the back offer excellent views; excellent for ocean views with morning coffee while in bed. Plenty of storage. The kitchen is stocked with pots, pans, utensils and a coffee maker. I personally love that the thermostat is bedside (arms length) for those cold mornings; just flick the switch while still under the covers to get the rig warm. Steven and Diana are awesome to work with and quick to respond to questions and/or general communication. The rig is in great shape, always clean and ready to go at pickup.

We had a great time! Wonderful hosts that were very accommodating with our departure and return! Highly recommend for a trip to Joshua Tree. We were able to park our car on the street by their house for the weekend.

Absolute great experience! Diana and Steve were great hosts. Pick up/drop off was a breeze. The RV was exactly as advertised. Everything functioned well...which was great because we ran into cold/windy weather during our trip. Would definitely rent from Diana and Steve again.

The vehicle was clean and ready to go when we arrived. The hosts very nice and hospitable. We had a mechanical inconvenience and the hosts went out of their way to resolve the issue. I would absolutely rent the same vehicle from these hosts again. We had a great trip!
