Mike was outstanding from start to finish! He made sure everything was ready for us before we arrived and took the time to ensure we knew how everything in the RV worked. Michael was very friendly. He explained how things worked and answered all my questions. We rented the 24' KZ Escape which was perfect for us. It was all set up and ready to go when we got there. He was available any time we had questions on things and checked in on us to make sure everything was going well. I would definitely rent from him again.
