Seem less and accommodating. This was our first Outdoorsy rental and I forgot why I was worried. The Lexor was fully functional and our experience was Instagram-perfect.

Great RV experience with Jim and his Pleasure Way Lexor! Jim is very accommodating and explains everything clearly. We would definitely rent from him again and have told several friends about “Herbie”. To help us with expectations, we watched a video tour of the Lexor prior to rental day.

Jim was the perfect host, very friendly and upbeat, he was always available to answer questions & was very thorough in all of his answers, and he provided us with lots of tips. This was our first time renting a camper van so all his advice and tips were most welcome. The Pleasure Way is an extremely well thought out design, comfortable, handles well, great turning radius, the most comfortable memory foam to sleep on, with all the bells & whistles one would need for camping. I would definitely recommend giving "Herbie" a try. And I will definitely rent again from Jim. We're home now, but I miss "Herbie" already!!

This was my first experience renting from Outdoorsy, and it was great! Jim walked us through how to use everything and even gave us a checklist so we would remember what needed to be shut off and locked down before driving. He was also available anytime if we had questions or concerns. We can't wait to rent again!

Jim has been the loveliest of hosts ! Every question was answered immediately and graciously. Herbie was a stunning smooth ride beginning to end ! It was sufficiently equipped with everything imaginable for a perfect getaway. kitchen supplies/ comfortable chairs / sleeping bag / coffee maker/ bluetooth connected with a breeze / hot water / massive fridge and lots of storage room.
we didn't wanna bring it back ...

Jim was really great during all aspects of this rental. He responded almost immediately to any questions that I had before, during and after our trip. This was our first time in a Class B RV vs Class C. Definitely requires good planning depending on length of stay but layout and function were well thought out for this size. Herbie was very easy to drive with a great turning radius. There is a small amount of storage space through rear doors otherwise, everything you need has to fit inside. We absolutely loved the amount of windows and massive screens for side door and rear door. We felt like we were outdoors even when indoors.

A very nice RV A very nice, helpful owner. Should the the time arises and I should again require an RV I would use this owners RV again. Highly recommend.

Jim was great to work with. Always responsive, always helpful. Herbie is a great vehicle, kept impeccably clean. We had a speed bump with the serpentine belt but it got resolved under warranty and all turned out well.

Although we had to cancel our reservation for Herbie Jim could not have been more helpful. He spent a lot of time answering questions and aiding us in the booking process. When we had to cancel, again, Jim was helpful and gracious. We will definitely look Herbie up again when we are ready to travel. Jan
