Jackson and his family were incredible hosts. The had everything ready upon arrival and the trailer was perfect for our family of four. I loved that Jackson had a step-by-step manual in his trailer in case we ran into any trouble. We ended up with a flat tire on the way home, but both Jackson and Outdoorsy were very responsive and ensured we were safe. Return was easy as well. We look forward to renting from Outdoorsy again soon. Thank you, Jackson and family, for allowing us to rent from you.

What a great weekend! Our family reunion occurs every year at the Grand Ronde Powwow and this year we decided to forego tent camping and rent an RV. I happened onto Jackson's Wildwood travel trailer and could not be more pleased. I had never used Outdoorsy before so I started with a text to Jackson to ask about the process. Jackson responded immediately and showed a level of customer care that you just don't get with commercial rental companies. Jackson walked me through the process, pricing structure and options. We chose delivery and Jackson was both accommodating and helpful from beginning to end. Again, we had an amazing weekend and contribute a large part to Jackson's great customer service and the convenience and ease of use of "The Great Escape". Definitely a five-star experience.

Jackson was very helpful (even on our holiday)! We had a great time and really needed this rv to hide from the 100 degree weather! Would highly recommend!
