A/C in CAB did not work from day one and Front Suspension Needs alignment. I feel they need to take more time with maintenance the RV before renting it out.

We very much liked and enjoyed this class c motor home. It was well equipped and handled well on the road. The owners were flexible and easy to work with. Any problems or questions we had were handled very quickly. They were very helpful. I would recommend renting this rv.

We had a very positive experience both with the RV as well as with Phil. Phil was very reachable and very thorough when we picked up the RV; most helpful, kind and patient with us. The RV was great; comfortable to drive and very comfortable to spend the week in. With the temps in the 100s all week, we were most thankful and grateful for the very reliable air conditioner. Would definitely rent from Phil again if in the area in the future.

Phil and Heidi’s Class C RV was amazing and our family trip will forever be remembered. We rented the RV for 10 days to visit the 5 National Parks in Utah + countless state parks. Phil and Heidi were incredibly responsive with all communication and the RV was clean, reliable and easily accommodated our family of four. We are grateful to have rented from Phil and Heidi and experience RV living to the fullest. We highly recommend renting their RV. It was easy to drive, spacious, well maintained and able to access all parks without issue.

Phil was VERY helpful! His meticulous detail and accommodation made RV rental a wonderful experience. He took the time to acclimate us with RV. Any nuance he took the time to explain. They also had chairs, linen and other services at no cost. He was great to communicate leading up to rental along with flexible on pickup and drop off. We could not have had a better experience! Will consider Phil and their RV every time. Five star service!

I did not have a great experience with Phil and Heidi. Mainly they charged me over 20% of our total trip cost in fees after the fact. When I asked about the charges bc I was truly surprised Phil didn't respond for days -until I got Outdoorsy involved. When they finally did respond Phil said there was a "typo" in the fees. We should not have been charged $50 for the black water tank empty but should have been charged $150 for "excess" dog hair and we were lucky. Pretty big typo if you ask me... We absolutely understand people sometimes charge dog deposits and but made sure to include our dogs when booking the reservation and had them with us during the walkthrough. No fees ever mentioned. When I rent, I Iike to understand all fees and costs up front and I like to work with people who are acting professionally. That was not my experience here.

We had an amazing experience with this RV. We used this RV to see so many great sites around the Grand Canyon. This RV was exactly what we needed. Phil was very helpful and accessible throughout the trip. I would highly recommend this vehicle.

This was the perfect way to experience Zion National Park. The bed was comfortable. Kitchenette served its purpose. Plenty of storage. The size of the RV was more than enough for a couple to spread out in. Also, it is not too large to drive comfortably on the road. Brakes very responsive and engine was more than capable to get onto the highway comfortably.

We had the best time with Phil and Heidi’s RV. They are wonderful persons, the communication was extremely helpful, and they always tried to make sure we‘d had a great time which we had. The RV was well equipped, right sized, and everything worked fine. We enjoyed a trip with 2 young kids aged 7 and 3 and our kids loved it. We went up the I 395 almost to Yosemite, and the motor of the RV was always braving it. Ask Phil for the bbq, that was very convenient. This was our first RV rental, and driving it was easy, all that say it drives like a van are exactly right. Whenever we need to rent an RV again in that area, we‘ll reach out to phil and Heidi via outdoorsy again.

I found it very easy to communicate with Phil and Heidi leading up to our vacation and was glad when they agreed to deliver the RV, even though we didn't set that up in advance. The RV was the perfect size for our first adventure. It was clean, drove well and operated as we expected. Thank you to Phil and Heidi! I highly recommend.

We had never RVed before and needed to go cross country. We enjoyed the experience so much and a lot of it was because of the spacious RV. Phil was super quick with communication. The RV was fitted out with everything we could use or need. Perfect!
