Everything was great with Adam and for the most part, his rv trailer was great. The only thing I didn't like was Outdoorsy's roadside assistance service. Being told that I'd have to pay out of pocket to have someone come out to the camper when an issue did arise was ridiculous. Isn't the whole point of roadside assistance being able to get someone to come and fix the issue?

Adam is an amazing. He was very helpful in explaining the details of the RV. He was also understanding and flexible. I'm happy to say that thanks to him our vacation was enjoyable and worry free.
