I liked the trailer at first, but the batteries are seriously weak requiring time consuming attention which negatively affected my vacation. And ultimately the owner is a thief. We broke a skylight due to an unfortunate incident, but I agreed to pay for the repair up front. I Venmoed him the cash for the repair as we jointly agreed, and I have this in writing, and then he also took my deposit. What was agreed at $350, he took $850. He's going to say it was breech of contract as I was in another part of the park, and rented it for my adult sons, aged 24 - 32. I never towed it, he delivered. I was in the park, and responsible, so this is total BS. Dishonest guy.

Thanks for your review Kevin, however since you did not mention the multiple reasons your security deposit was forfeited I will gladly enlighten any renters. 1. You were the renter on paper and not until I delivered and set up the trailer did you inform me that you would not be staying in it. You did point to an RV next to it and say that was your and your kids would be staying in the rental, which turned out to be a lie because after picking up the RV you let me know you were 1/4 mile away. 2 in multiple sections of the Outdoorsy rental contract it states “no roof access”. This is not only for the saftey if the renter but to prevent damage to the RV. Which is what happened. 3. I have a no pet policy because my children are allergic to pet hair. When I arrived to pick up the trailer I was met with a dog inside my trailer.
Thank you for paying for what you did break.
As for the batteries, after 13 hours of playing music and leaving lights on without running the generator, I would assume most RVs would also have dead batteries.
