Too care of her RV.

We were first time RVers and literally had no idea what we were doing before leaving on a 13 day 2,500 mile trip from Southern CA to Zion, the Grand Tetons and Yellowstone. We had 2 adults, 2 kids 10 and 12 and a 5 month old puppy.Michelle did a great job walking us through the rig but there is no way you really know until you get in and get going. Michelle was very patient with us as we contacted her several times the first few days with questions about how to make this/that work. Each time she knew the exact issue we were having and she was able to help us troubleshoot. After a few days we had it pretty well figured out and didn’t call her again. In fact since she hadn’t heard from us she even called us to check if everything was ok!

This RV is an amazing vehicle. Great to drive, very clean, spacious and plenty of cargo space. We will certainly be renting again, unless we buy this same model.

Michelle was awesome! She was flexible with my arrival time/return time because of the HORRENDOUS traffic. I love LA, but I don't miss that. The was perfect for our needs. She made the walk through and pick up process super easy. The details in the RV were above and beyond. Including the instructional videos. I would definitely rent again. Thanks for awesome rental Michelle!
