Do not walk from this rental , run from this rental! I had a ton of issues with this RV and the owner.
1. The RV was very dirty on the outside windshield had bug splatter all over and was just very dirty. The picture of the RV on the app is disingenuous and not the actual RV. You can tell this RV has been rode hard. The picture of the RV on this app is a stock photo of a new one.3. The RV was supposed to be empty of gray and black water when I took receipt of the RV. During day three of our six day vacation the water started backing up in the sink in the bathroom and kitchen and in the shower. in addition a horrendous sewer smell began to penetrate the RV. So I paid $80 to have the gray and lack water tanks emptied since we did not have a sewer hookup. The campground had a mobile service that comes around and can empty the tanks. When we came back to the RV the smell was gone and the water had receded and we thought they had fixed the problem. After minimal use the problem resurfaced and the smell came back and the water backed up again. The RV sleeps five and on my vacation it was only two of us again using the plumbing on a minimal basis. Something was terribly wrong with the plumbing in this RV. So since I paid $80 that I should not of had to pay to attempt to drain the tanks, the owner still charged me $28.50 for going over on the mileage. I also brought the RV back with a quarter tank more in it than I left with it which was about $30 worth of gas. I guess none of that mattered he just wanted his $28.50 on top of my everything else.4. The awning had really bad mold and mildew all over it when we extended it out upon our arrival. However that wasn’t the worst of it. When we got ready to leave the last thing I did was retract the awning and it fell apart. I had to figure out a way to get the awning wrapped back up and prevent the awning from falling off on the way back home. We were barely able to get it wrapped back up manually and I thought we were going to be stuck with a broken awning and stranded until this problem was fixed. This issue caused us to be an hour and a half late returning home. I was not late delivering the RV I was just late based on my own schedule because the this.5. Finally if all this was not enough after I signed the check out list regarding the condition of the RV, false fake damage was added. The bike rack that the owner provided did not have enough space between where the bikes had to be attached to keep the handlebars off the back of the RV. So there were some scratches on the back of the RV due to the RV. I did sign off on the paperwork for these scratches on the back of the RV stating that they weren’t there when I left on my trip but yet the bike rack was flawed. However, the owner filed a claim a few days later for two additional items that he never mentioned to me after he very carefully looked over the RV when I was checking out. These things were never broken by me and are a complete scam. The things in question were an antenna which I never touched and a handle on one of the plumbing tanks which was not broken. I checked all compartments and made sure everything was locked up tight and I visually inspected all of the contents before I locked them up prior to leaving. Again he looked over the RV very carefully and never mention these things to me at all and gave me the paper to sign and these things are not listed on the check out paper.

Great experience! We had a wonderful time on our first RV trip! Yusumi was super helpful and a great communicator for all our questions, such a delight to work with! His RV was perfect for our little family and we would recommend Yusimi and his RV Bertha to anyone!

My wife and daughter and I had a wonderful trip in Bertha. Yusimi was very easy to work with, which allowed us to maximize our time having fun on a 4 day weekend. We traveled to Damascus, VA for the Virginia Creeper trail. We stayed in a national forest campground, and had no problem getting into the camping space. We found this RV to be just the right size for us. There was plenty of space for the 3 of us, and the RV is still manageable driving around towns.

Very nice! We rented to attend FLOYDFEST. We were comfortable but it was not as spacious as I thought it would be.

Yusimi, our dealer, was terrific. He was quick to respond each time we reached out to him. I liked the way he personalized his RV by giving it a name, Bertha, and we too called her by her name. Yusimi had that we needed on board to make a our week long adventure a real success. Our Grandchildren loved it too.
