Had a issue the first day out as soon as we plugged in at the park the A/C breaker kept flipping and we had no a/c. I would have returned immediately however we had driven to the Orlando area. Owner and his agent weren't very helpful and his agent advised that this was a prior unresolved issue. Ruined my birthday and my wife's vacation as we had to return on the 2nd day into our 6 day trip!!

Great RV, well equipped, exactly what we needed for our family trip. Very spacious for the 4 of us. Pickup was easy, Ricky explained everything I needed to know. Overall very satisfied with this experience!

The RV was Perfect!!!! AC was ice cold and ran very smooth!. Jeffrey went over everything in fine detail and also gave some small tips on how things work. Couldnt of asked for more it was awesome!!!!!!!!!

The process through Outdoorsy was simple. Once we figured out what our dates were, I then looked for a Class C RV that would be available those dates. I found Jeffery's 2020 Forest River Forester LE 28 Foot RV. The communications with Jeffery were excellent, he answered any questions I had and everything went smooth, from pre pick up to pick up, the trip and post trip and drop off. I definitely would rent from Jeffery again and I highly recommend him.

This 1-star review is based on significant problems I experienced with some of the essential systems in the 2016 Winnebago View RV, and the owner’s refusal to address any of them during my 10-day rental (and vacation).The first issue was a propane leak. During the RV pickup, I mentioned that I smelled gas, and was told that it was a “normal” part of the refrigerator starting up on propane. The next day, I noticed a strong gas smell, and the propane detector alarm started going off. I shut off the main propane valve, and after several messages and phone calls between the RV Manager and Outdoorsy, I was informed that the owner would not repair the propane leak during my rental period. This meant that I could not use the stove or furnace, and had limited use of the water heater and 3-way refrigerator. I bought $88 of dry ice to keep my food from spoiling.

I will start my review with a positive note.At the time we picked up this 2020 Forest River Forester RV, these are things the RV Manager pointed out: that the water in bathroom sink was not working; he didn’t know why. He pointed out the bedroom TV wasn’t there because a bracket was missing. He did a review of the gray/black water functions, how to connect the water intake, how to operate the slide out and demonstrated how to use the stove.The RV was not equipped with leveling jacks. That was a major problem for us because we were on a slight incline. The RV was not level and gray water that gushed up into the shower pan stayed there and would not drain. We were concerned about using the shower and being held liable for causing water damage to the cabin. Of course, we weren’t happy about having to stand in gray water to do so anyway. We couldn’t use the shower for the entire trip. It did drain once we were underway and on the road.

This is a beautiful RV and Jeffrey was amazing. The RV comes with all necessary pots, pans, linens, towels, etc. I will recommend this RV to everyone.
