Jackie is amazing, and she really helped out my entire family in a pinch. We rented an RV from a different owner which didn't end up working out. We were 1 day away from our trip with no RV. I messaged Jackie and she was super responsive and accommodating to get us back on track. The RV itself was very clean and meticulously maintained. Any questions or issues we had during our trip, she was available to help answer. Highly recommend.

I would not recommend renting this RV. I rented for a five day trip, however the RV was incompatible with my child's car seat and I had to return it within 2 hours of rental. The owners did not tell outdoorsy I had returned the RV and would not accept that I deserved any sort of refund, and would not negotiate on charging me anything less than the full five day trip.

Our hosts were wonderful and the RV was beautifully clean and had everything we needed. Jacqueline and Gary made sure our trip was perfect. They are a great family and we strongly recommend them and this great easy to manage RV!

Jaqueline was so helpful! Her videos, advise and personal walk-through that she gave up in pick were all extremely helpful. The rig was clean and functional. Any questions we had, she was more than happy to answer. We would def rent from her again.

Coachmen Prism RV was great. I was concern being a female if I could handle the drive by myself, it drove great and was not Complicated to set up for my stay. Thanks to Jacqueline for all the information you provided.

We rented the RV to take a vacation to the lake for a few days. The RV was great with sufficient storage and room for everything we needed. We were having such a good time we inquired about renting the RV for a few more days. Jaqueline, the owner was great assisting us with extending the rental. I would highly recommend this RV for a rental. It drove really good. Also the YouTube videos about the functionality of the RV were very helpful

We could not have asked for better communication with Jacqueline! She was helpful every step of the way and available for any questions. The RV was clean and ready to go. Perfect fit for our family with two young kids. Hope to rent with Jacqueline again!
