Owner is great with communication, responding very quickly. The trailer was well equipped with cooking equipment, beach stuff (chairs, umbrella…) and tools for the trailer. The owner left us 3 gas tanks and BBQs. However, there was little space for us to put our own stuff.
The walk through was short, maybe because we were late. We would have appreciated if the owner explained a little more how to park it in the campsite and how to best level it up.
The owner pointed out things that were broken and not fixed (some drawers, some pins were missing...) nothing too major. But it gave the feeling that the trailer was run down not getting the maintenance it needed.
Our biggest issue was it was very dirty, extremely dusty. We had rented it on a Wednesday because the trailer was returned on a Monday, so it would give the owners more than a full day to clean it. They had not looked at the trailer until Wednesday morning, so no enhanced cleaning, nothing at all. There were dust balls on the floor, but that wasn't the worst of it. There was a thick white sheet of dust over every single shelf, even a dead moth in one of the wardrobes. The toilet seat had a nasty black stain on the lid and there was hair in the shower drain. We spent 2 hours cleaning when we got to our campsite. Not the most enjoyable way to start your holidays.
The bed has a weird concave on it, so that your bottom is higher than your head and your feet. It's OK if your sleep on your side, but sleeping on your back is really uncomfortable.

Ken and Janice were great to deal with. They were prompt with their responses and accommodating in terms of our questions. The trailer was adequate, but could have been cleaner and did require some maintenance. It also would have been great to have a list of inventory as there were a lot of extra/duplicate items that weren’t required and took up a lot of space and weight in the trailer. Overall we enjoyed our rental experience and would consider renting again in the future.

Ken was only a trailer owner for me before , now he is a fried. He was almost available any time and I being a new trailer renter learned a lot from him. Long live Ken and Janice for making our camping trip a breeze.

We just got back from a great week camping in the mountains with Ken and Janice’s trailer. The trailer towed easily and everything we needed was provided in the trailer. Ken was super responsive and easy going. We would definitely rent from Ken and Janice again and highly recommend their trailer.

Ken was great, communicated well. The orientation was a bit rushed and sadly we had battery issues which resulted in time from my holiday to troubleshoot. BBQ didn't work. Overall the trailer needs a good cleaning.
