Zhong is an extremely nice person. He's very flexible and accommodating. We took an RV for a week travel by the coast and we didn't have any issues during a trip.
The only thing was that the RV had some internal small damages that were not mentioned in the initial description (like cracked mirror, table) but didn't impact the trip. We were provided with everything that was needed, like sheets, pillows and kitchenware, what was very important as we came from Canada.

Had a great experience using Zhongs RV. Pickup and drop off was super flexible and worked with our busy schedule. The Rv was nice and Clean when we picked it up. The 110 volt Provided adapter was a great way to power the RV rather than running the Gen all the time. Thanks Zhong.

RV worked great. We drove it through 100+ degree temps the entire trip and it ran perfectly well with AC running the whole time. Yong (owner) is super responsive and easy going. Chalked up another great and memorable Family RV Trip. I would definitely rent again.

We had a great time using Yong’s RV for our trip to Colorado. The RV was more than accommodating for my wife and I, 12 year old daughter and our toddler. Highly recommend for a quick getaway with the family. We made some mistakes with the RV amidst our scramble to get home with the kids but Yong was very understanding about everything. Highly recommend.

Our trip was amazing ! The owner yong was incredibly nice and flexible with pick up and drop off . The rv has everything you need. Would 100% rent this rv again. Was spotless and very clean inside.

My wife and I along with our newborn, drove from San Diego to Wyoming and back with zero issues. We had an amazing journey and Yong was very helpful. We were first time rvers and Yong answered all our questions promptly and kindly. The Rv has a small amount of wear and tear, but it is reliable and the ac/electronics work perfectly. Highly recommend it!

This was our first experience with renting an RV on Outdoorsy, and unfortunately we chose very unwisely with Yong and his RV. I have never written a negative review for any home rental, etc., but I must warn anyone who is considering renting this RV. The positive is that Yong was very responsive and flexible. We communicated several times before we booked and his responses put me at ease to book. That is where the positive stops. My husband picked up the RV and brought it home where we were waiting to pack for our twin's 8th birthday trip. If not for the disappointment they would have had, we would have immediately returned the RV. It was filthy. It smelled. There were a scattering of random, dirty items inside to "use", including dirty sheets on the bed and disgusting dish drying cloth. There was food on the floor (yep, that's a French fry in the photo, as well as Doritos in the bed, candy sitting literally on top of the bed), hair and dirt covering the floor, the drawers were dirty inside and out, the sinks, toilet and shower were dirty, the refrigerator was gross and pretty much forget about any touch surfaces being sanitized for COVID. I wanted to cry, but with my kids so excited, instead I spent two hours cleaning before I could put anything inside. My husband helped and also had to tighten the screws in the side view mirrors that were flopping around. As we finally were able to get it clean enough to pack and drive up, my husband was having trouble with visibility from the damaged awning that was sticking out. When we arrived, I spent several more hours cleaning. We had shoved all the dirty, broken items into a few drawers and brought all our own. The table had been broken and was being held together with packing tape, the blinds in the over-cab bed were broken off and sitting on the bed, the sinks and toilet smelled of sewage. We tried to just relax and enjoy the trip. Three days in, a knock on the door of the RV...Yong, the owner, and his wife at the door saying they just "happened" to be driving around our campground and saw us. Now, this truly weirded us out. We were up in the mountains and at a site that is strictly for camping, no place to just "happen" to be. By this point, it was so smelly and uncomfortable (Yong doesn't have leveling blocks, something us rookies didn't realize was important when we booked), and now just wanted to go home. To be fair, it was incredibly hot, which didn't make the smell any better, I'm sure. But this RV is so badly maintained that who knows the situation with the tanks. We used the campsite bathrooms and showers the last few days (meaning we only used the RV for 2 days). We ended up going home early, driving back on the twins birthday. To top it all off, when I immediately told Yong the cleanliness and condition were not acceptable, he told me that I must have high standards. Um, yes, yes I do. We ended up denting the very top of the exterior ladder when we pulled into the site on a tree, mostly because we couldn't see around the stuck out awning blind spot. But hey, ultimately we dented it. Despite expressing to Yong the condition of the RV being a problem and returning early, he failed to offer any concession. At this point, I just wanted to put the whole trip behind us, so we offered to pay for an entire new ladder for him. He insisted he wanted labor costs and then filed a damage claim against us. If you have any sense of cleanliness, safety, or privacy, please do not rent this RV!

Thanks for your review, please tell the TRUTH, our exchange messages are still there, I clearly waived labor cost to repair the ladder myself in writing, you only need to pay the part to make it easy for you to save our time. I spent lots of time in answering your very detailed questions before booking, I really tried my best.

It was our first time ever renting an RV for a small trip. Yong was flexible with pickup/drop off times. Kids loved the experience. 10/10 would recommend and rent again.

This 2018 RV met our getaway needs. The machines of the vehicle were excellent. The gas mileage was better than expected and reasonable for the size. The interior cosmetic have a few cracks but it had no effect on our comfort. The 30ish inch TV was high quality, we enjoyed a family movie one evening. I has never RV camped before and it wasn't complicated. I watched a U-tube video on RV full hook-ups and I was set. We traveled down the northern coast, it was beautiful and relaxing. We choose full hook-up resorts for overnight and that was glam RV camping. Me Yong response time to his text Messages is rapid. He is honest and there were no hidden fees, the Outdoorsy contract is clear and east to understand so read it. I have recommend Mr Yong”s RV to my nursing friends because its an ideal break from the stress of life. I cleaned/sterilized the RV before my family jumped aboard, with COVID especially a practice I recommend. Tips: Bring 3 Fitted Full size sheets for the beds, a small broom to sweep the RV daily, rubber gloves to use when handling hookups. Have Fun and God Bless

Good experience. Yong walked us around RV and gave us an overview of how to operate. The RV was clean and tidy which was our #1 priority. There is some wear and tear but still very pleasant overall.

Yong was very flexible and I appreciated that he offered free parking if necessary. The R.V. was great. I was able to reach him with any questions regarding the r.v during our trip. Our vacation was a success!

Let me start by saying that Yong is very nice and accommodating and fun to do business with. The RV has a little higher than average wear and tear. But it’s priced right and Yong was flexible with the return time. The RV layout is great.
