Myself and five friends rented Ashley and Nnamdi’s RV for the weekend of President’s Day (Feb 2021) to explore Joshua Tree and we had the best experience! Leading up to the trip I had many questions for Ashley regarding what was included with the RV. I sent her many check lists and she was fantastic at providing these items in the RV. The only thing I had asked for that was missing were gloves to use while dumping the tanks. Definitely a staple to always have in the RV! I suggest a pack of disposable gloves just to always have handy.

The RV was a nice size. The communication with the owner was terrible. We had several questions. The passenger window didn’t work. There was a half eaten hotdog and gobs of rice under the pull out sofá that rolled out the first night we used the pull out sofa. The water hoses hook ups didn’t exactly fit so there was water squirting everywhere. We didn’t want to waste water, so we filled up the tank. There was a fork lying by the bed in the back that I never touched. It was gross!! Who ever used it before us must have been very messy. I luckily brought a small vacuum and Lysol wipes and cleaned it as much as I could. I would not rent from this person again. She never contacted me until I called and complained to outdoorsy. It was not a good experience.

Beware of this renter. She made up false claims about our motorhome presumably to avoid paying additional mileage and cleaning fees or get a refund. Her motive is still not clear. She was advised to keep all communication on the outdoorsy platform and call outdoorsy for emergency roadside assistance. I responded courteously to all several questions she sent on the outdoorsy platform. As always, the RV was handed off in pristine condition. She had an opportunity to walk through the RV with me before hand-off and signed the forms without raising any concerns. The RV was returned filthy with a full black waste tank and almost 1000 more miles than originally planned. There was animal hair and mud on all the furniture and fabric requiring professional cleaning. She was also aware of our no pet policy. We always have two water hoses in the motorhome. She returned it with one of the hoses cut in pieces.

Ashley was super responsive and flexible. We were able to book it short notice and had a great time with the family. But be aware when you make turns, this vehicle is huge! :)

The owners were awesome to deal with very easy to deal with. The RV was great to drive and use. Everything worked as expected.

The RV was surprisingly easy to drive. I thought 32 ft would be to big and uneasy to drive but it was almost as easy as driving my Honda Civic :) The RV was well kept and working with Ashley was simple she was very patient was my first experience renting an RV.

We rented Nnamdi and Ashley’s RV for our trip to the Salton Sea TDS2020. From start to finish was great! Their RV accommodated our family of 4 with more than plenty of room. We had hot showers at night after a day of riding our motorcycles and a cold fridge for our food. It came with all basic necessities. They really make it easy. I would highly recommend renting from them!!

We were rving for the first time and rented this RV from Nnamdi for 4 nights. He was prompt in all the responses and told us everything we should expect. He communicated about the pick up and was there with the RV right on time. He and Ashley went over all the features of the RV with us in detail. They were also kind enough to supply not just bedding, but towels, cleaning supplies, tools, deck of cards, coals and lot more. Any time we thought we had forgotten something all we had to do was look and it was right there in the RV.
