I was notified 2 weeks prior to our trip by Charles saying he was needing to cancel our reservation due to a renter returning the RV damaged and it needing repairs.
This is difficult for me on short notice, but I have it easy compared to Charles having a damaged RV. I wish him well and hope he makes his RV available again after repairs are performed.

Charles was so quick to respond to any and all of my questions. Not just fast to respond but also just easy to communicate with and kept me updated in details. We had the RV delivered, he was right on time, set up and walk through was great! When he picked it up, again him and his wife were right on time, and genuinely cared how our time was and if everything was ok, as well as any suggestions we may have- which was cool that they continue to try to improve the experience. The RV was far more stalked and ready for us than I expected. It was a total life saver! I will certainly use them again should I need to !

The entire experience renting the RV from Charles was smooth, easy, hassle-free, and oh, did I say easy? Charles communicated with us quickly, answered all my numerous questions, and was very kind and knowledgeable about everything. Also, he had us meet somewhere that I could safely leave my car. That was a real bonus!! The RV was in fine shape, and was exactly as listed on the web site. It drove well, slept us well and cozy, and kept us safe from mosquitoes. This was my first experience with Outdoorsy, but not my last! We were too busy sitting by the river to take any pics, sorry.

We had a wonderful experience with the RV rental. It was very clean and comfortable. We will definitely go through Charles again when we need to rent an RV again.
