Our Renter Julio Was very nice to work with, he gave us a complete briefing of the RV on how to properly use it, I had to call him multiple times to ask a few questions but we where able to manage everything well. The RV has a couple of small details that needed repair like the Rear ladder but he explained to us that they are already taking care of it. Also has some minor inside scratches but nothing that with give us problems on our rental. We are really happy with our first time RV Experience, We would do it again soon.

We picked up this RV in Simi Valley, not Burbank at the request of Julio. He did not clean the RV or empty the black OR grey water tanks before we arrived. The RV had been to EDC the week prior and was covered in glitter, dirt and hair. I found someone’s false eyelashes in the mattress. There was leftover food in the cabinets and stains on everything and what looked like black mold in between the seats. The vinyl is ripping on the seats and walls and there is a huge burn mark on the table that caused the plastic to peel up and become sharp. The black water tank was not at 1/8 full like he claimed but brimming on overflowing. It made our campsite stink so horribly that surrounding neighbors were complaining. The engine makes a horrible screeching noise while you’re driving and when it overheated on the freeway on the way home Julio was completely unreachable. I have attached realistic photos of this RV as the ones online are completely inaccurate. We are working with Outdoorsy to receive a refund as this RV ruined our much anticipated vacation.

My sisters and I rented the RV to go to EDC. We had an absolute blast. The RV was clean and well kept. Julio, the owner was extremely friendly and explained how to run the RV smoothly. We didn't have any issues with the RV at all. Would definitely book this RV again in the future. Thanks Julio! 😃

The sewage leaking was our biggest issue and very inconvenient. The sewage had been taped shut with electrical tape. Other than that, the RV was clean and drove well.

Hola Melissa Sorry about this, when the RV was returned I noticed that the black water lever was not pushed all the way in casing it to leak. I already pushed it in and there is no more leak.

Amazing trip! Thanks, Julio. My brother and I went for a 4 day camping trip outside of LA. The vehicle was clean, everything worked, and Julio went through everything we needed to know about the vehicle in person. This was my first time using outdoorsy and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Look forward to the next trip!

I was originally rented his 2018 RV that he revere to me with 5 BALD TIRES. He said that was impossible because he just had all tires checked 5k miles ago. I took the RV to Pep Boys to have tires looked at, here’s the proof. Then he replaced the 2018 RV with a 2019 RV. At first glance beautiful, dirty in cabinets, dirty under couch where I went to get something, sink in bathroom leaked, soaked floor, kitchen sink clogged, heater & stove didn’t work, so no cooking in RV, not 1 meal and cold so had to stay in hotels, sewage hose had holes in it so it leaked feces and liquid feces water all over and highly frowned upon, instead of going from RV holding tank to RV Campgrounds Under Ground Waste Collection. I will load pictures, receipts and video.

Julio was the best! He was very quick to respond to any questions we had, the RV was perfect for our trip and very easy to drive, and our overall experience was excellent. Don’t hesitate at all to rent from him, you won’t regret it!

Julio's rv was the perfect size and very comfortable for our family of 4 (2 young children.) We stayed in 2 locations: Morro Bay and Malibu. It was our cozy home away from home for 5 nights. My 8 yr. old loved sleeping in the loft area. We had a memorable getaway as our first family rv trip. Julio explained everything very thoroughly when we picked up the rv and made the rental experience easy. This rv is unique in that there is a dinette as well as a loveseat. Didn't see any other 25' class C rv's with both.
